Practice and Dog training

Last week I took the dogs to the vet and the first thing she noticed was that I am pregnant and that they won't be the only babies anymore. After talking with her about her experience with her own dog and bringing home her baby she gave us some advice on what we could do to get the dogs ready for the baby. One thing she told us to do was to get a baby doll and make it smell like a baby and treat it like a real baby. So after visiting my parents I pick up my twin, newborn like, baby dolls that my grandmother gave me. These dolls are very life like all the way down to being anatomically correct. After diapering, powdering and dressing the baby I started to carry the baby around and make noises to make them think it was real. Well, Charlie being the smart one figured it out in minutes, but Peyton thinks it is a real baby. He now thinks that this baby doll is his sister "Addison". (we will practice with Cayson another day)
